Vote No on Amendment 4

Amendment 4 will appear on the November 2010 ballot. The “Vote on Everything” amendment is a grave threat to Florida’s future, as the proposed re-write of the Florida Constitution will impact Florida’s economy and unique quality of life. If passed, citizens will be forced to make decisions at the ballot boxes on hundreds of technical land-use planning issues, instead of elected representatives. The proposed amendment will result in astronomical costs to Florida taxpayers, disruption and disorder.
